[MVMA] New AREDN Stable 3.24.4.0. Day +1

On the local MVMA AREDN network 36% of the nodes are running current 
stable 3.24.4.0.

I am moving all the tunnels (20) on NC8Q-hAP2
to Wireguard tunnels on NC8Q-hAP-ac3.
This morning my hAP2 is running at 160% load.
I want my load to be less than 1.0 per core.
The hAP2 is a 600 MHz, 1 core, device.
The hAP-ac3 is a 760 MHz, 4 core device.

Please, if you have a current tunnel with NC8Q-hAP2,
upgrade your node to current Stable and use the new credentials.
