[MVMA] New supernode::SHARE THE LOAD

My original supernode running on a hAP-ac2 got kinda busy after several
tunnels were established.
An AREDN code has been released for the x86 CPUs; Intel, AMD, etc.
I put the AREDN code on a mini-PC with a Celeron N2808 CPU.
The Celeron CPU is about 100 times faster than the ARM7 in the hAP-ac2.
I now have 2 'supernodes' on-line:
NC8Q-SUPERNODE is the hAP-ac2 on the local MVMA network
NC8Q-OH-SUPERNODE is the Celeron x86 and only has links to other
'supernodes.

So that you can access the services available on the supernodes outside
of MVMA,
set one DNS in the AREDN node your workstation uses to access the MVMA
network to 10.118.39.84.
