[MVMA] The tunnel (and PBX) to Wilmington, Clinton County, has been down for weeks

The tunnel (and PBX) to Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio has been down 
for weeks.
I sent a few emails to Mark Atwell but I have not received a response.
Clinton County is no longer connected to the MVMA network.
W8GO-PBX seems to be not active on the N2MH Meshphone server.
Four digit dialing (14xx) to Clinton County is inactive.

Recently I set up a tunnel to Oklahoma City and assisted in setting up 
their PBX.
The PBX in Oklahoma is now connected to Mark Herson N2MH's PBX.
Since I do not have access to W8GO-PBX in Clinton County, I temporarily 
replaced
their Whtepages with Oklahoma's Whitepages.
The tunnel to Oklahoma is disabled.
Four digit dialing (20xx) to Oklahoma is still active.
