[MVMA] MVMA: meeting minutes, July 28, 2023

Meeting of the Miami Valley Microwave Alliance was called to order at 
12:01 PM on July 28, 2023.
In attendance:
Charles Gelm, President; John Joseph, Treasurer; William Curtice; 
Timothy Procuniar.

Business:
Treasurer John Joseph closed the MVMA account at Day Air Credit Union.
MVMA funds are now in a check from Day Air Credit Union payable to the
Miami Valley Microwave Alliance.

Charles Gelm moved and Timothy Procuniar seconded to accept the 
resignation of
John Joseph as Treasurer and elect William Curtice as Treasurer.
Passed unanimously.

Charles Gelm made a motion to close the meeting.
Motion was seconded by Tim Procuniar.
Motion passed.

This meeting of the Miami Valley Microwave Alliance was closed at 12:16 
PM, July 28. 2023.
