MVMA does not seem to have an acting Secretary, so...

Minutes of meeting on January 12, 2019

The meeting started at 9:40 AM.

Attendance:
   Chuck NC8Q, John N8JJ, Reuben W8GUC, Moe AB8XA, Mark KD8DGH, Bill WA8APB.

Standing reports:
   DARA<>XWARN link: There was some discussion.
   MVHS<>DARA link: Some discussion.
   KAS: Some discussion.
   EMCOMM activity: No report.
   Formation Committee: No report.

Old business: None

New business:
   MVMA should invoice XWARN for some equipment we provided.
    Bill to provide invoice.

Education and enrichment:
   Mark Atwell KD8DGH brought a Grandstream IP phone, set it up as a
Wi-Fi hot-spot,
and made a few phone calls.

Meeting adjourned at 11:45 AM

Note:

   Meetings seem to be taking 2 hours or less.
Perhaps we should schedule a shorter period.
I suggest 10 AM until noon.
