At the October MVMA Meeting, I said I would work on a MVMA Constitution &
By-Laws and wanted to let you know I'm doing that.  I have a DRAFT of
Constitution done and am working on By-Laws.  I've modified many parts for
MVMA and have highlighted other parts for review and modification for
"relevant MVMA wording".

  

I also can put together a DRAFT MOU for MVMA/<Vandalia> once I talk with
Wynn and know more about what the future holds for that site.  I'll also
draft MOU's for MVMA/GCARES and MVMA/D3ARES and whatever other organizations
with whom MVMA may desire documented working relationships.
