[MVMA] There is a watchcat application that can reboot a node based on a period or ping results.

There is a 'watchcat_1-17_all.ipk' that can reboot a node based on a 
period or ping results.
e.g.

  * every 24 hours
  * every 3 days.

If you find that your node is leaking memory or has a load average near 
or above 1.0,
a reboot may be helpful.
