[MVMA] AREDN devices at DARA clubhouse restored.

Last Thursday, 6/15/2023, Tyler visited the DARA clubhouse
and found the battery UPS that feeds the AREDN devices had
its power switch set to 'OFF'.

  This switch is recessed in the enclosure so human intervention was likely.

Again, the AREDN gear at the DARA clubhouse appeared off-line.
I visited the clubhouse on Thursday evening, 6/22/2023, and
found the UPS power switch in the 'OFF' position.

Is the room camera available for viewing over the internet?
Is there a recording of the camera video stored anywhere?

I replace the old battery UPS with one of mine.
