[MVMA] Providing telephone and internet services to the community: do over

The internet access outage at my home last Tuesday evening has prompted
me to review: "What can I do to serve my local community?"

In order to provide emergency telephone and internet service to the 
community,
a node site must have internet access. In the Montgomery and Greene county
area, there are only *3* stations capable of sharing internet access.
