I just set up Scott with extension 1057.

W8BI/DARA links are down so the DARA extensions (11xx) are down.
Clinton County extensions (14xx) are also not available because that
area was tunneled via W8BI/DARA.

Long distance via Mark Herson (N2MH) is still available because that
tunnel is via Bill WA8APB.
