nodes repaired, reactivated, relinked, and a new node.

Bill WA8APB, Tim N8NQH, and Chuck NC8Q worked on the Dayton Mall area 
site this afternoon.
We restored the Miamisburg<>Centerville link which had been down for 
several months.
This restored the link to the Miamisburg-YankeeSt and Miamisburg<>Monroe 
nodes.
A new node was activated with is aimed Northwest.

Now, back to finishing up planned work for nodes at the Greene County 
fairgrounds.
