  Thanks for your support.
MVMA has sufficient funds to cover this item.

I stopped scheduling in-person meetings because only one of four elected 
officers was attending.
It seems a good plan forward is to refresh the leadership and 
responsibilities
with a re-organization and re-election.
To date, the President and Treasurer have been performing duties.
The Vice President and Secretary have been absent.
