[MVMA] NC8Q-Miamisburg-Monroe in service

The Miamisburg to Monroe dish was installed today.
Thanks to NC8Q, KX8U, N8NQH, and WA8APB.
It is on channel 131 at 10 MHz bandwidth.

The SXT formerly serving the Best Western on Yankee St. was restored and 
aimed to favor Amelia Ct.
It is on channel 133 at 10 MHz bandwidth.

The mesh-map should be updated around 5:15 PM this evening.
