[MVMA] MVHS<>DARA link has failed.

About 220612_18:10 the SNR at each end dropped from ~27 to ~9 at both ends.
The Link Quality Manager (LQM) automagically disabled this poorly 
performing link.

I am assuming that the dish at MVHS got moved by the high winds in the 
storm at that time.

The path will not use MVHS<>N-XENIA<>DARA because of ETX values.
Tunnels have ETX value 0.1 and
RF links have ETX value 1.0.
