[MVMA] Yet another power outage

My power went out a week ago when AES replaced my meter.
I was away from home so I discovered, hours later, that my battery-UPS 
supporting my cable modem and firewall/router failed.
I contemplated getting a replacement UPS.

My power went out yesterday evening about 6 PM.
I was home.
Again, my battery-UPS supporting my cable modem and firewall/router failed.
I was able to gracefully shutdown the remainder of my home electronic 
devices.
A call to AES discovered that my power might be restored around 11:30 PM.
I went to microcenter and purchased a new UPS (with a larger capacity).
I left home about 8 PM.
I am evermore considering a solar power system to support my AREDN 
radios and services.

During this time all home AREDN radios and services (PBX, phone-patch, 
Teamtalk, ...) are not operating.

I plan to restore home radios and services by 11 AM today.
