New feature available: *Link Quality Manager*

"LQM limits how far a node can be from a neighbor and still have a 
reliable link, even if there is a high SNR."

This feature can effect the same thing that we achieved by setting a 
different SSID on our 2397 MHz nodes.

We would set W8BI-Omni and MVHS-Omni to ignore nodes > 13 miles distant.

This would mean that we would not have to (re)program the SSID in the 
loaner kit for each 'loanee' prospect.
