[MVMA] Open letter

To MVMA:

  For the last several years, it feels like a tug-of-war trying to get 
the MVMA to support AREDN networking.
Individuals and small groups have repeatedly asked for guidance and 
support and the MVMA has repeatedly
dug in its heels and said 'no changes, no money, no repairing former 
sites, ...'. The result has been
that, often, individuals and small groups have proceeded to build-out 
the network on their own initiative.

  In the last week the discussion has been around 'the presentation of 
web site content'.
Once again, individuals are requesting to act without waiting to be 
approved (and supported) or denied by
voting at a MVMA meeting. As recent history has indicated, MVMA will, 
likely, not support updating, upgrading,
or building new. I understand why individuals are unwilling to waste 
their time with a meeting and
parliamentary procedure.

  It is now 'post-covid'.
Please, MVMA, act with a unified purpose to support high speed 
networking in the Miami Valley.
