[MVMA] Greene County Fairgrounds to KF8J: feasibility

Last night, after the Hamvention meeting, I tested the likelihood if a 
link from the fairgrounds to Jim's tower.
I used a panel style device at ~5 feet elevation in the parking lot of 
the Assembly building.
I achieved a link with 100% LQ/NLQ to KE8MVM-XWARN-TO-DARA...100 degrees 
off of XWARN's beam path.

The link distance is ~0.5 miles.

Easy peasy.
