[MVMA] Features available to nc8q-raspbx registered phones: update

          Features available to NC8Q-PBX registered phones:

  * Dial by local extension. Now including Washington County Ohio. (*)
  * Dial by callsign. No need to lookup extension in Whitepages or
    maintain a list of IP addresses.
  * Dial other N2MH-PBX trunked phones around the world.

  * *Dial to and receive from Hamshack Hotline phones.* Was omitted earlier.
  * Dial in/out via POTS phone patch.
  * Utilities
      o Touch Tone test
      o Date and time

      o Milliwatt (set local volume level)
      o 3-tone slope
      o Switch identifier
      o Extension identifier

those PBXs reactivate. /
