  Audio and video seemed fine at the onset of the net.
I connected to teamtalk on a laptop with a working camera.
Early on my terminal selections seemed sluggish and I was unable to 
'share my desktop'.
I check the 'loading' on the teamtalk-server.
The load average over the last 60 seconds was 0.11 which indicates that 
the server is lightly loaded. Not the issue.
I connected to teamtalk with a 'desktop' with no video or microphone and 
was able to 'share my desktop'.
There was a query on how to connect to teamtalk via the internet.
This item was resolved at the client end.
I next connected to teamtalk with my android cellphone. This worked as 
expected.
Clients adjusted their microphone gain levels and all active stations 
were being heard.
