[MVMA] Features available to nc8q-raspbx registered phones

 2. Dial by callsign. No need to lookup extension in Whitepages or
    maintain a list of IP addresses.
 3. Dial other N2MH trunked phones around the world.
 4. Dial in/out via POTS phone patch.
 5. Utilities
      * Touch Tone test
      * Date and time
      * Conference room
      * Echo test
      * Milliwatt (set local volume level)
      * 3-tone slope
      * Switch identifier
      * Extension identifier


(*) If/when W8BI and W8GO PBXs were active, their extensions could be 
dialed by their 4 digit extensions.
