[MVMA] Where is the loaner kit and is there a 2397 MHz SISO dish available?

I have a 2397 SISO dish/Bullet  combination available. It is currently
loaned out - but user no longer needs it and I can make available for loan
or test again. (Not offering it up for permanent install.)

I also have 2 M5HP SISO dishes and one M5 SISO dish (not HP) available for
permanent install.
