"Do we visit the 'blue tank' more than once a year?
  'cuz we're going to have to pay the Vandalia [insurance]
every year. So, if we don't climb the 'blue tank' more than
once a year, then the 'blue tank' would be cheaper."

  We do not have to renew the [Vandalia] insurance every year.
Same as the 'blue tank' at $150 a scheduled visit, the Vandalia tank could
be $263 for one visit at a time convenient for us.
Either dollar amount seems affordable to me.

  I do not see a 'cost comparison' being an issue.
If you don't want to disburse the funds, simply say so.

If the 'Miami Valley Mesh Alliance' only pertains to
Greene County and DARA, simply say so.

It seems that MVMA needs different leadership.
