[MVMA] Inverness Tower

I think you, Chuck, are an authorized representative based on the election
(I did not know it was interim?).

As far as insurance, MVMA is not a club and is not incorporated and does
not collect dues so I am not sure how we can get insurance since that is
not a one-time cost but a recurring expense.
