[MVMA] Are the leaves starting to fall?

Last November after the HuberHeights<>Centerville link was re-aimed
the TxMbps ran 100+.
Most of this summer it was ~86.
In the last day I have been seeing 100+ again.
Maybe the leaves are starting to fall.
