/Last captured NWS alert for Wayne Preble Montgomery Greene Madison The 
National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio has issued a Required 
Weekly Test valid until 05:04 PM for the following counties in Indiana: 
Fayette, Union, Wayne, and for the following counties in Ohio: Butler, 
Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, 
Preble, Shelby, Warren. (KILN/NWS) /
The NWS Weather Alerts are detected, recorded, and decoded.
The last weather alert is stored every 9 minutes.
Some of my nodes retrieve the last NWS Alert message every 9 minutes and
display it on its AREDN Alert Messaqge (aam) banner.
Worst case is an 18 minute delay between the NWS alert and its decoded
message appearing in an AREDN Alert Message banner.

  Since our weather pattern commonly moves West to East, each node that
displays the NWS alert message only includes the counties in its general
path.
The Huber Heights node displays Darke, Miami, Montgomery, and Clark alerts.
The central nodes display  Wayne, Preble, Montgomery, and Greene alerts.
The Southern nodes display Union, Butler, Warren, Clinton, and Madison alerts.
