2 1/2 weeks after the current Stable was released the number of updated 
local network nodes(32) seems to be holding at 43%.
I anticipate all nodes running a Nightly Build(count 3, 4%) to update by 
around May 06. (release date +1 month. Target 47%
I anticipate most nodes running the previous Stable(21) to update by 
around July 06 2021. (release date +3 months). Target 58%.
I anticipate all nodes running 2 or more previous Stable to never update 
(3.20.3.0, 3.19.3.1, 3.18.9.0, 3.16.1.1).

The current Stable, 3.21.4.0, contains major security fixes, minor bug 
fixes, and some new and enhanced features.
