[MVMA] Upgrading your node's AREDN firmware to current Stable: 3.21.4.0

I went ahead and downloaded the firmware update from the AREDN site and
upgraded without problem. My hAP is now running 3.21.4.0. I will upgrade my
large dish as soon as I get it on-line. It is up on my mast now, but I am
having issues with the overall antenna installation and aiming of the dish
(the cotter pins predetermine where the dish is aimed and I cannot reach
the dish once I deploy it without bringing down the mast extension).
Thanks!
