[MVMA] Upgrading your node's AREDN firmware to current Stable: 3.21.4.0

I can show the list of files in my browser on a laptop on the hAP LAN with
access to the mesh, but the Refresh fails. I am connected to the hAP
interface using the same laptop on the hAP LAN. I can also ping
nc8q-mesh-server.local.mesh from the laptop.
