Upgrading to Current Stable can be performed

 1. by downloading the firmware to a computer then uploading to the node
 2. If the node has internet on its WAN port, by downloading via the
    'Administration' page
 3. If the node is on the local net, by downloading from a mesh server.

i.e. There is no need for a 'site visit'.
