[MVMA] Stratum 1 NTP Server

Just as a note tangentially related to Jim’s comment, my Raspberry Pi will have an RTC running in the near future as well. I just need to get a CR1220 battery for the RTC. If anyone is curious, I am using the Adafruit Ultimate GPS HAT which has the GPS and RTC on one board.
