This link has been 100+ TxMbps since October.
Tx power setting was 28 dBm, though it internally throttles back to 24 
dBm at MCS 7/15.
I was wondering if a pair of high power *small* dishes would have worked.
That would have been a loss of 5 dBi still leaving a SNR of 25.
Then what if the dishes were the *low power* models, that is another 3 
dB SNR loss.
The maybe only a SNR of 22.
What the heck...I dropped the Tx power at each end to 10 dBm...down 
around 14 to 18 dB from maximum.
Still gets a TxMbps of 30-40.
