  So, it seems dial frequency is published frequency.
Transmit frequency is centered +1500 Hz above published frequency.
I guess the tone pair for ARDOP500 centers around 1500 Hz.
I recognize WC8L as a Winlink CMS system.
WC8L may have both CMS ARDOP and switch/BBS ARDOP ports.
