[MVMA] December MVMA Zoom Meeting

I'll move that MVMA purchase two Mikrotik RBLHG-5HPnD-XL-US from
Streakwave Wireless for the purpose of linking our Miami Valley Hospital
South site with the North Xenia XWARN (Hamvention) site, represented
by the dashed magenta line in the graphic below. The total cost should
be less than $200 and Streakwave has them in stock.

We've established links from DARA to each of these two sites, but
there is no redundancy in the paths between them, as there would be if
we had an actual mesh with redundant paths. See the map here:

As you can see, DARA links AE8I and W8GUC. MVHS links NC8Q, W6CDR,
and an unused site near the Dayton Mall. The XWARN Xenia node links
WA8APB and**Hamvention attendees via DARA.

If there is a Hamvention in 2021, it would be good to demonstrate to the
AREDN team and attendees, we have the redundancy of a mesh to get
to DARA (via MVHS) should the Xenia to DARA direct link go down.
