[MVMA] State of the mesh

Recent work:
  Installed 3 dishes at DARA.
    DARA<>MVHS link running at +100/+100 Mbps.
      Dish at MVHS has been re-aimed,
      Dish at DARA end has not been re-aimed since initial install.
    DARA<>XWARN link running at 7/10 Mbps,
      Dishes at each end have not been aimed since initial install.
    DARA<>VandaliaWT: Dish installed. Awaiting panel install at VandaliaWT.
    MVHS<>W6CDR-MadRiv Running at 20/80 Mbps
    MVHS<>Beavercreek: FS64?
Missing?

Future work:
   DARA:
     Re-aim KE8MVM-DARA-TO-XWARN dish
   VandaliaWT:
     Install SXT-HP5nD to DARA with new cable, then re-aim DARA end later.
     Repair the Omni and both NS-M5s.  May be a POE failure.
   MVHS:
     Re-aim the W6CDR-MVHS-MadRiv panel
   XWARN:
     Re-aim KE8MVM-XWARN-TO-DARA dish.
   FS64:
     3 SXTs? One to MVHS, one to WA8APB, 1 to W8LRJ?
