[MVMA] DARA end of DARA<>MVHS

The new Mikrotik high-power big-dish at DARA seems to be performing as 
expected.
It does not hear the AG-M5 dish at MVHS, but
it does hear
  the dish at MVHS pointed at the Blue Tank in Xenia and
  the dish at MVHS pointed at my home.

  There are 2 installs planned:

Vandalia Water Tank (VWT):
  A new ethernet cable pull to the top.
  A Ubiquiti Power Switch
  A Mikrotik SXTsq-HP5 (panel) aimed at DARA.
  This should add a new PtP link and restore
   the Omni and
   the 2 panels pointed toward Ray and Ken.

MVHS:
  Replace the Ubiquiti AG-M5 with a LHG-HP5-XL

  Wynn has some installs planned.
Following up on the MVHS<>MadRiv link there are plans for a MadRiv link 
to Helke Rd.
Perhaps a Helke Rd to VWT as this would be an easy-peasy panel-to-panel 
link.

The Greene County ARES group has some plans at the Channel 16 TV site.
This will be, likely, a link to the Dayton Mall (PP)
or perhaps, if a hop via MadRiv(*), to MVHS.

(*)
The highest land in Montgomery County is between Channel-16-TV and MVHS.
Mount Trashmore is, kinda, between Channel-16-TV and Dayton Mall (PP).
