[MVMA] Water tanks likely visible from DARA

I'm thinking at DARA that a new south-facing mast mounted on the sway
bracket could support dishes for both Simpson and MVHS, and that the
existing mast (less the Airgrid) could support panel nodes for Vandalia
(and maybe Englewood) links.

If you want to try your clamp mounting arrangement on the sway-bracket
mount, we can.  Other than that, I can find some deep-throated U-bolts that
are wide enough to go around the double-angle iron sections plus the mast.
I think we could stick a 10 foot mast section up, that could support
several nodes both between the sway brackets, and above it.
