[MVMA] Status of Vandalia water tank mesh

I visited the bottom floor of the water tank last Wednesday.
The POE had no lamp.
I installed a 24volt/1.25amp POE.
The power lamp would briefly light then go off...repeatedly.
I assume there is a short somewhere.
The 3 nodes are powered/DtD'ed in series.
Next visit the bottom end of the ethernet cable may be tested.
Likely a visit to the top is required.
If/when we visit the top, I would like to pull another ethernet cable along.
