[MVMA] Ubiquiti N-SW supports MDI/MDI-X natively

I just did a test with 2x Ubiquiti N-SW switches.
(4 port 30W VLAN switch)
I put some nodes on each and powered them up.
Then I added a plain-jane ethernet cable and nodes on the other N-SW 
switch appeared DtD linked.

  So, a mesh node switch site of up to 6 nodes may be powered and DtD'ed 
with 2x Ubiquiti N-SW switches.

No need for a cross-over cable.
