So, I likely have posted statements and profiles concerning 'Knollwood
Fire Station' that are in error.
I got 'Knollwood FS' and 'Indian Ripple FS' confused/intermingled.
John W8LRJ helped me get this understood. Thanks John.
I have recently created profiles among MVHS, and Beavercreek Fire
Stations 61, 62, 63, and 64.
It seems that RF links are easily possible from
MVHS<>FS64 (Indian Ripple),
FS64 (Indian Ripple)<>FS63 (Knollwood), and
FS63 (Knollwood)<>FS62 (Kemp).
If a point-to-point link was established from MVHS to FS64 (Indian
Ripple):
John W8LRJ and Bob N8ADO are a "stone's throw" from FS64.
Even better than John and Bob each linking on the same frequency to FS64,
one of them could set up 2 nodes with the 2nd node establishing a link
between John and Bob.
I suggest using Mikrotik RBSXTsq5nD devices to link.
Let us compare an existing RBSXTsq5nD link at 6.2 miles to the proposed
MVHS-FS64 profile:

and below is the (much shorter) proposed link from FS64-to-MVHS:
