Greene County EOC challenge: backup internet access and backup telephone 
service: Basics of challenge met.
WiFi Client added to AREDN firmware.
AREDN supports 70 devices.


Today:
  There remains no RF HSMM at Greene County EOC.
  MVMA RF links have deteriorated over the winter and lost links remain 
un-repaired due to COVID-19 social distancing.
  AREDN firmware supports ad-hoc RF links or WiFi client/AP (some indoor 
devices with both RF and AP).
  AREDN firmware supports 80 devices.
