Henry, Bill, and Keith:

  The page that displays the meshmap is a HTML {iframe}
that points back to my home server (a residential Spectrum reseller 
service(Earthlink)).
Some corporate ISP (ethernet/WiFi) providers (Library, universities, 
free wifi at airports, restauants, ...)
block access to residential IP addresses. Especially the Montgomery 
County Library Branches! Grrrrr.

  So, *thank you for assisting*. If it works for one, I am quite 
satisfied that my HTML code is good.
