[MVMA] Nodes at DARA clubhouse.

  I found the 5 GHz MVMA<>DARA link down early last week.
I did a power cycle on the 5 GHz node and it began working.

  I found the 2 GHz node down a few days ago.
I power cycled the node today and it did not return to service.
I connected my laptop via the spare ethernet cable and found
the node in 'NOCALL' state. I configured the node and now
all seems as usual.
