[MVMA] RPi: WSJTX, FLdigi, and 'pat' a Winlink mail clone

With much assistance from John W8LRJ, we have been able to configure a 
RaspberryPi(1)
to run WSJTX(2), FLdigi(3), and 'pat'(4).

 1. The RaspberryPi is a Single Board Computer. Models start at $30-$35.
 2. WSJTX is a weak signal suite of digital narrow bandwidth modes:
    FT4, FT8, JT4, JT9, JT9+JT65, JT65, QRA64, ISCAT, MSK144, WSPR, Echo
 3. FLdigi has a suite of digital modes:
    CQ, Contestia, DominoEX, FSQ, Heil, IFKP, MFSK, MT63, Olivia, PSK,
    QPSK, 8PSK, PSKR, RTTY, THOR, THROB, WeFAx, Navtes/SitorB
    Most of which have selectable data rates and bandwidths.
 4. *pat* is Winlink compatible software that can send and receive
    'Winlink-mail'.
    AX.25, ARDOP, and telnet are confirmed working. Other digital modes are:
    WINMOR, PACTOR, and GPSd.
