The DARA<>VWT link is the same distance and about the same antenna
elevations as the
MVHS<>PP link. (6.2 miles)
The MVHS <> PP favors the PP's SXTsq as the best receiver.
(LHG-5nD 28dBm 24.5 dBi <> 25dBm 16dBi)
When running highest power at each device, the LHG can transmit 100+ Mbps
while the SXTsq can transmit ~36 Mbps. When the LHG is limited to 25
dBm, the link runs around 80 TX Mbps.
So, in order to get more equal TX Mbps, I recommend a SXTsq-HP (28dBm)
and a LHG-5nD (24.5 dBi) paring.
The SXT at VWT and the LHG at DARA. The easier to aim at the least
accessible site and the more
difficult to aim at the most accessible site.
For DARA to Pursell, a slightly longer path (7.7 miles), I recommend a
pair of LHG-5nD's.
Blue Tank: Add a Ubiquiti 4 port POE. Replace the NS-M5 with a pair of
SXTsq's.
One pointed at MVHS (7.9 miles), the other at WA8APB (4.5 miles). There
may be room for a 3rd
pointed at the Simpson tower (KF8J at 2.5 miles).
Blue Tank to KF8J is 2.5 miles. A pair of SXTsq-5nD's would suffice.
(SXTsq .vs. Nanostation. Both have about 16dBi. The SXTsq has 1 dBm more
than the NS.)
I believe the Blue Tank Nanostation is pointed between WA8APB and N8NQH.
A SXTsq on the Blue Tank pointed at WA8APB is likely to perform better.
