[MVMA] DAYCO/PP MVHS link

I checked back in my emails and found that 'DAYCO' was mentioned on 
4/4/2018.
There was a proposal in the meeting agenda on 12/8/2018.
One year later, the link is real.

  The MVMA node is a LXG-5nD.
The DAYCO node is a SXT-5nD.
Also at DAYCO is a SXTsq-HP-5nD pointing toward the motels East of 
Dayton Mall.
