Hi, Ray:

  Thanks.
The POE feeds the NC8Q-M5-VWT-SW, then pass-through-POE to the 
NC8Q-M5-VWT-NW, then p-t-POE to the 2 GHz Omni.
If the Omni is running, then the NC8Q-M5-VWT-*NW*'s POE is passing 
through via AREDN software. :-|
IOW, it is running.
Ray, if you reboot SW, it will shut down NW and the Omni, rebooting the 
NW first, then the Omni.
If we cannot reach NW via DtD but it still powers the Omni, I am baffled.
