[MVMA] cramped space on Blue Tank

     In case we ever revisit the Blue Tank and want to
update/upgrade the radios...
SXTx2 .vs. NanoStation
These can be staggered, so even 3x may be no taller than a NanoStation.
One for MVHS, one for WA8APB, one for W8XRN.
