* UPS (950 VA) $85
* 16 port switch $30
* 8 port managed switch (GS108Ev2) $60
* 2 foot LED shop light $30
* RPi: nc8q-raspbx $87
o Pi3 $25, PS $10, SD card $4, HDD $47
* RPi: nc8q-meshchat $87
* NC8Q-M3-Kett (UBNT NanoStation M3) $130 (This is 3.4 GHz!)
* NC8Q-M5-Kett (uTik LHG HP5 XL) $80 (best)
* NC8Q-PBE-M5-400 (UBNT PowerBeam M5) $95 (not recommended)
$684 Today at Micro Center and elsewhere.
Though you likely would not need a 16 port switch, shop lamp, NS-M3, and
PBE-M5-400.
The Mikrotik LHG-HP5-XL at $80 has more dBi and dBm than the NS-M3 and
PBE-M5-400.
Best bang for the buck.
A Mikrotik hAP is a good solution instead of the GS108E at $45.
Except for the 3 nodes and the managed (802.1Q) switch,
everything else would have a use outside of AREDN meshing.
