[MVMA] Green line between Montgomery and Greene Counties

As I mentioned at the last meeting I am hoping to obtain a green line on 
the mesh map(*)
between Montgomery and Greene County.

  Now that the Ubiquiti-N-SW is proven to provide POE and linking for
3 nodes with 1 ethernet cable. The simplest solution is to add this
switch and a Mikrotik dish at MVHS, point the dish at the 2nd St. tank.
Thus achieving the 'green line'. Additionally, this links to WA8APB
which also links to XWARN. Although, sadly, there are no humans
in Xenia interested in high speed networking. :-|
